10 Deep Squat to Hamstring Stretch

10 Reverse Lunges with Hip Stretch (5 per side)

Banded Squat Prep (No Measure)

1-2 rds of

10 Banded Walks Side to Side, Front and Back

10 Banded Air Squats

10 Banded Glute Bridges

STRENGTH

Back Squat Strength 3RM

Perform 5 sets of 3 back Squats starting at a moderate weight and building to a 3RM

*Perform seated box jumps as high as possible after each set
